Return Policy

We hope you love your Food Stories card deck, but if something’s not quite right, we're here to help! Here’s how we handle returns:

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our small-batch product, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right. Please email us at hello@foodstories.cards within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your card deck arrives damaged, we’ll gladly send you a replacement. Just reach out within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to cancel your order if it’s already been processed or shipped.
